Born in Malang Indonesia, Truedy grew up in a musical family. She started her music career in Bali in 2011 as a pianist-singer that sang in various venue around Bali, bringing her own version of rearranged popular song.
Many musicians influenced Truedy, especially those who sing and play the piano such as Tori Amos, Sara Bareilles, Lady Gaga and Freddie Mercury who stand among her main influences. She aims to inspire people with her music. She wants to bring something different, intimate and romantic with her voice and piano.Around 2016, Truedy worked with Indonesian DJs, after a while however, she feels that its not her cup of tea. So instead, Truedy started to write her own songs. After a slow progress of finding the sponsor, she decided to team up with her partner to co-produce her very first single. The first single titled “One Thing” which was live recorded with strings quartet in Jogjakarta.
Early 2018 Truedy did a tour in France and when she got back to Bali, Truedy played alongside Devil Dice and Navicula. She played at venues like El Kabron, Hard Rock Cafe and Orchard, as well as concerts at Soundsation in Balikpapan alongside Danilla and Andra and The Backbone.
