Originally called Soul'd Out back in 2008 when it was founded, the group changed its name to Soul Brothers for the Bali Live Festival - where great bands and musicians such as Incognito and Omar also performed.

The group's main singers used to be Yoyok and Nancy Ponto, covering some Earth Wind and Fire, Tower of Power, James Brown, Aretha Franklin, and some other oldskool dance-able music.
Currently, they have transformed to vocalists - Ika and the Soulbrothers, with the same musicians to support the band.
